  • Investigating high-sensitivity content integrity cases end-to-end, applying policy analysis and AI-driven threat detection to identify and mitigate harmful content at scale.

  • Handling highly escalated cases and using data and key operational metrics to inform enforcement decisions and improve marketplace safety.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and enforce content policies aligned with evolving regulatory requirements (GDPR, DSA, OSA).

AMAZON — KYC/AML Investigation Analyst, Risk & Compliance Operations

Financial crime investigation within Amazon's second line of defence, supporting compliance across multiple payments licences.

  • Conducted end-to-end KYC reviews and AML investigations on customers, sellers, and partners, analysing documentation, transactional data, and behavioural patterns.

  • Performed Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entities, alongside vendor and partner due diligence, in line with global AML regulations.

  • Owned market-level Trust & Safety risk for France and Belgium on a DSA-designated Very Large Online Platform, partnering with Public Policy, Legal, and Operations on AI-powered policy enforcement and misinformation control.

  • Managed high-stakes content moderation and policy enforcement for the 2024 French legislative elections, the Paris Olympics, and the Cannes Film Festival.

  • Investigated buyer and seller fraud on one of the world's largest online marketplaces, identifying and scoping emerging fraud trends.

  • Collaborated with law enforcement agencies on complex fraud cases leading to successful prosecutions, and testified as an expert witness in legal proceedings.
